• Who can apply for impact factor?
• 1. Journal that have a valid ISSN No. (Online / Print)
• 2. Any journal Published Minimum twelve Issues or two years of successful completion.

The impact factor is calculated per year based on several criteria. Journals that get Impact Factor will be displayed on this portal.
Evaluation Methodology
Calculation for journal impact factor:

• A= total cites in 2005
• B= 2005 cites to articles published in 2003-04 (this is a subset of A)
• C= number of articles published in 2003-04
• D= B/C = 2005 impact factor

The impact factor is calculated per year on the basis of a 100 points contribution scale and on Number of articles published during a year. Articles are selected from each issue and their quality is judged.
